- 3 cups - vegetable oil
- 4 cups - granulated sugar
- 8 eggs
- 4 tsp - vanilla
- 6 cups - all purpose flour
- 4 tsp - baking soda
- 4 tsp - baking powder
- 4 tsp - cinnamon
- 1 cup - milk
- 4 cups - carrots - shredded
- 2 tsp - salt

Preheat oven 400º F

- line 3 muffin tins with cupcake liners, or grease
- mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
- bake for 13 -15 minutes
