1 cup Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1 cup Quaker 100% Natural Cereal, crushed to 3/4 cup
1/3 cup (5-1/3 T.) margarine or butter, melted
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 - 8oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips, melted
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 - 21 oz. can cherry pie filling

Heat oven to 350º. Grease a 9" springform pan. Combine the first four ingredients. Press onto bottom and sides of pan. Bake 15 minutes and cool. Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla at medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in chocolate and cream. Pour into crust. Bake 1 hour or until center is almost set. Cook completely. Remove rim. Chill. Spread pie filling over top. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
