2 cans crescent rolls, 2 (8 oz) softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, 2 egg yolks

Directions:

Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and egg yolks. Put one can of cresent rolls in in a 9x13 inch pan. Layer cream cheese mixture. Put the other can of crescent rolls over the mixture. Brush with egg whites. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake as directed on can (10-14 minutes

This is equally good with the addition of a 12 oz jar of strawberry preserves (not jelly) or any other flavor.Just spread over cream cheese mixture and then layer remaining crescent rolls. So good!
