9 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 C. milk
1 1/2 C. Bisquick
2 1/4 C. cottage cheese
3/4 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt

Optional: ham, bacon, or green peppers.

Mix and blend in order listed in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 30-45 min., or until golden brown and set in center. Check the center at around 30 minutes.
