1-1/2 to 2 lbs. chicken wings

MARINADE:
2 c. soy sauce
1 c. Dijon mustard

1 c. water
3/4 c. Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. chopped garlic

2 Tbsp. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme

2 tsp. chopped fresh sage
2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary


CILANTRO SOUR CREAM DIPPING SAUCE:
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. heavy cream
2 tsp. chopped cilantro
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste (optional)

Directions:

Whisk together marinade ingredients in a Ziploc© plastic bag. Add the chicken wings. Refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 450º.

Drain the wings (discard the marinade), and arrange in a single layer on a shallow sided baking sheet.

Bake 20-30 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix dipping sauce ingredients.
