two 8oz. blocks of cream cheese
¼ cup milk
¼ cup raw onion, coarsely chopped
¼ cup ketchup
1 Tbsp horseradish (or to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Put onion and milk in a blender and process until onion has been liquefied. Add softened cream cheese, ketchup and horseradish. Blend until creamy smooth. Refrigerate for thirty minutes and serve.

Personal Notes:
This recipe needs time in the refrigerator to lose the raw onion taste. Making it the day before or several hours before it's needed will enhance the taste.
