2 eggs
3 c cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/4 c Eagle Brand Milk
2/3 c butter, melted, divided
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c flaked coconut
1 c packed dark brown sugar
1/3 c all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Grease an 8" square baking dish. Place eggs in a large bowl; beat well. Add sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, Eagle Brand Milk, 1/3 c butter and vanilla; mix well. Spoon into baking dish. Combine coconut, brown sugar, flour and remaining butter in medium bowl. Stir until well blended. Sprinkle over sweet potatoe mixture. Bake, uncovered, 35 to 45 minutes until top is golden brown and knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 15 minutes before serving,
