1 large can cooked chicken
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheddar / Colby cheese
1 small can green chilies
1 package burrito size white flour tortillas
1 can enchilada sauce
Lettuce, tomato, onion, and sour cream as garnish.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, sour cream, cheese, and chilies in mixing bowls. Place 2-3 tablespoons of mixture onto a flat tortilla toward one end, thus making it roll easier. Place each rolled tortilla into a 9x11 bake dish with 3/4 cups enchilada sauce spread onto the bottom of the pan. Place rolled tortillas side by side and pour remaining sauce over the tops. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes. Cheese can be sprinkled over the top during the last ten minutes of the baking time. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and sour cream.
