1 lb. white chocolate melting wafers
12 candy canes crushed
1/4 oz. peppermint oil

Directions:
Directions:
Crush the candy canes into fine pieces by placing them into a plastic bag and smashing them with a rolling pin.

Over medium heat in the top of a double boiler, melt the white chocolate wafers.When the chocolate has melted to a smooth consistency, toss in the crushed candy canes and add the peppermint oil. Stir with a wooden spoon until mixed.

Pour the mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place into the refrigerator to cool.

When the mixture has cooled, remove from the parchment and break into pieces.

Store in a cool, dry place.
