1/2 gallon 2% milk
2 Jalapeño Peppers
Small Onion
1/2 Clove Garlic or as much as desired
1 tbsp Red Pepper
1 Lg Whole Peeled Tomato
Salt & Pepper
1 lb Medium Cheddar Cheese
1 lb Monterey Jack Cheese
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat and mix together 2 sticks butter & 1½ c. flour. Set aside. (Rue)

Put 1 c. in double boiler or large pot, begin to heat. In blender pour 1 c. milk & remaining ingredients & blend until pureed. Add to milk, and heat until foamy. Slowly add rue to desired thickness. Add cheeses and keep stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Keep warm in a crockpot. Serve with tortilla chips.
