1 c. peeled tomatoes
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. cucumber
1/4 c. green onions
2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. chives
1 small clove garlic, minced or pressed
2 to 3 T. tarragon vinegar
2 T. oil (olive or salad)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups tomato juice
dash of Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop tomatoes, green pepper, celery, cucumber, green onions, parsley and chives. Combine all ingredients in a stainless steel or glass bowl. Chill until soup is icy cold. Serve in small glasses with an ice cube in each, or spoon into small bowls lined with lettuce leaves. Cooked shrimp can be added.
