In a cocktail shaker, mix the following ingredients:
1 oz. Bacardi Raz
1 oz. Champagne
1 oz. Rose Water
1/2 oz. lime juice
Lime Wedges and fresh edible Roses
Directions:

Shake well with ice to chill. Pour into high ball glasses over ice and add a few edible Roses. Garnish with lime wedge.

Signature drink of NYC restaurant, "The Modern". On a trip to NYC, Suzanne, Julie, Pam and Lexi had a "Girls Lunch" at the Modern and they all enjoyed this drink. Lexi tried her best to find the recipe. A year later, Suzanne and Julie returned to the Modern with Haley and Reagan to celebrate Haley's college graduation and Reagan's 21st Birthday. Haley came up with this recipe which tastes just like the famous drink at the Modern.
