1 Yellow cake mix or pudding included cake mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cups sugar
2 cups flake coconut
1 container 8 0z cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Grease 9 x 13 cake pan.Bake for 30 minutes when done. Cool for 15 minutes then poke holes down through cake with fork, mean while combine milk, sugar, and 1/2 cup of coconut in sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 min. carefully spoon over warm cake allowing liquid to soak into cake. Cool completely fold 1/2 cup coconut into cool whip. Topping and spread over cake sprinkle the remaining coconut. Chill over night. Store left overs in refrig.
