3-1/2 c. biscuit/baking mix
2-1/2 c. (10oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1-1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix and cheese. Beat eggs and milk, stir into cheese mixture just until moistened. Pour into 4 greased and floured loaf pans (3/4x3x2in). Bake at 350º for 35-40 min. or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool for 10 min.
