Ingredients:  
1 pound ground polish type sausage
2 1/2 cups sliced thin potatoes (or a little more)
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese (definitely more)
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, heat soup, and water till smooth. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add sausage and green pepper.
Line bottom of 9 X 13 pan with potatoes. Pour mixture over top potatoes.
Bake covered for most of the time at 350º for 55 minutes. It's done when the potatoes are done.
