tortilla chips
black beans
leftover chicken or beef
a LOT of Monterey Jack cheese
fresh avocado
salsa
(optional - corn, onions, mushrooms, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Put chips onto a plate. Spoon black beans over the chips. Shred leftover chicken or beef over the beans. Top with whatever else you have that would be good on nachos (ex. - corn, onions, mushrooms, etc.). Shred A LOT of Monterey Jack cheese over the top. Then microwave for around 40 sec. or until the cheese is melted. Top with fresh avocado and salsa - DIG IN!
