1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 lb. carrots cut into one inch pieces
4 potatoes cut into inch or two cubes
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
1 onion cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Make the ground beef into 4 or 5 thick burgers. In a foil packet add carrots, potatoes, and then patties. Cover with soup and onion soup mix. Put into a Dutch oven if cooking on a campfire or in a pan if not. Build a campfire and have a beer or glass of wine until the coals are hot. Put Dutch oven in coals or oven (350º) for about an hour. Check to make sure potatoes and carrots are done. If not done have another glass of wine.
