1 egg white & 1 tsp water

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

2-3 c. pecan

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 225. Beat egg white and water till fluffy. Then
add rest of ingredients. Fold in the pecans last to cover well.
Spread on a sprayed cooked sheet. Bake for 1 hour
