1 roll pizza dough, thawed
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
3/4 lb. Taleffio or Italian Fontina cheese, rind discarded and
cheese sliced
white truffle oil or flavored olive dipping oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500º.

Put a heavy baking sheet on the lowest rack of oven, then
preheat to 500º. Stretch out dough on a lightly floured
surface, pulling out corners to roughly form a 16 x 13 inch
rectangle. Transfer to a tray lined with parchment paper.
Lightly prick dough all over with a fork.

Slide dough (leave on parchment paper) onto hot baking
sheet. bake until top is puffed and pale golden, about 6 - 10
minutes. remove from oven; prick any large bubbles with fork
and flatten. Scatter mushrooms over crust, season with salt
and pepper and lay cheese on top.

Bake pizza until edge of crust is deep golden and cheese is
bubbling, 8 - 10 minutes. Drizzle with truffle oil, or flavored
olive dipping oil and season with pepper. Serve immediately.
