- 1 1/3 cups - all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup - butter
- 1 1/2 cups - pecans - chopped

Middle layer
- 1 - 8oz - package cream cheese
- 1 cup - icing sugar
- 1 large tub - cool whip topping

Top layer
- 2 - 4 serving - packages - pistachio instant pudding
- 3 cups - milk

Preheat oven 350 F

- mix flour, butter, and 1 cup of pecans together, press into 9 x 13 pan
- reserve the 1/2 cup of pecans for the topping
- bake for 20 minutes
- set aside to cool
- mix together cream cheese and icing sugar
- stir in 1 cup of cool whip
- spread over crust
- mix the pudding and milk together, let set for 10 minutes in fridge
- spread over cheese layer
- spread rest of cool whip over pudding layer, sprinkle reserved pecan on top
- chill until served
