3 large skinless and boneless chicken breasts
6 thin slices ham
3 slices mozzarella cheese, halved
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/3 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in plastic wrap and pound thin. Slice each breast into two pieces. Place ham, mozzarella, tomato, and a dash of sage on chicken. Roll up jelly-roll style. Secure with toothpick or wrap with thread. Dip chicken in butter, then roll in bread crumbs. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
