I head cauliflower (small to medium size) or 2 packages frozen cauliflower
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cauliflower in salted water until tender. Melt butter in a sauce pan. Add flour and milk. Stir until it comes to a boil. Season to taste.

Pour half the cauliflower into a baking pan and top with half the white sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Repeat with remaining cauliflower and white sauce. Top with more cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
