Ingredients:
Ingredients:
FOR THE HAMBURGER:
3/4 c crushed taco-flavored tortilla chips
2 lbs ground beef
1 egg
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

FOR THE FILLING:
8 oz. cheddar cheese, sliced
1 tomato, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
Dill pickles, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Divide into two balls, one slightly larger than the other. Place each ball between 2 pieces of wax paper and flatten into 9- and 11-inch patties.

Arrange the filling ingredients on top of larger patty. Carefully place smaller patter over burger filling. Fold edge of larger patty up over top patty and pinch edges together all around to seal burger.

Preheat broiler. Mix together 1/4 cup melted butter and 1 tsp chili powder. Brush top of burger with chili butter. Cook on broiling pan 6-8 minutes on first side. Turn burger over* and cook 5 minutes on second side, basting occasionally with chili butter. Serve hot in pie-style slices.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
* The easiest way to turn this burger over is to place baking sheet on top of the burger, somehow holding both sheets in your hands and flip it over. Be careful as juice might drip/fly around in the process.
