Jiffy Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

2 cups Jiffy baking mix
2/3 cup milk
1/4 soft margarine or butter
3 Tbs sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Grease a pan or muffin tin.
Blend baking mix and milk. Turn onto a surface dusted with baking mix and knead about 20 times. Pat or roll into a 1/4" thick 8" X 15" rectangle. Spread with soft butter or margarine. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Starting with the short side, roll as for jelly roll. Cut into 1" pieces. Place in the prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes. Serve warm. If desired, dip rolls in syrup and roll in chopped pecans. Bake and additional 5 minutes.
