2 Lbs. of beef brisket
2/3 C any red wine
1 packet dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Lay out wide aluminum foil about 10" longer than briskit. Lay another foil piece about 10" wider than briskit in the center of the first piece.
Place foil in 8 x 13 metal or glass pan.
Place briskit in center of foil in pan.
Pour wine over meat then sprinkle onion soup over.
Wrap the foil TIGHTLY around the meat, widthwise first, keeping the wine and meat contained.
Place in 350 degree oven for 4 hours. Do not peek during the cooking time.
Unwrap and ready to serve.
May pour "broth" over meat if desired.
