1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 Egg
1/2 c. dry Bread Crumbs
1 med. Potato, grated
1 small Onion, grated or chopped fine
1/4 c. Milk
1T. Parsley
1 tsp. Salt

1 can Whole Tomatoes
1 101/2oz. Condensed Beef Broth
2 c. Water
2 med. Carrot sliced
2 med. Potatoes, cup in 1/2 inch pieces
1 small Stalk of Celery Chopped
1/4 c. Parsley
1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
1/2 T. dried Basil Leaf
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Bay Leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 8 ingredients together and Shape into meatballs. Brown meatballs. Remove meatball from pan and add remaining ingredents.Simmer 30min.
Then add meatball back to the pot and cook another 20 min.
