1 lb hamburger
16 oz can drained kidney beans
15 oz can mild enchilada sauce
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 T minced onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 oz pkg corn chips
11/2 cups sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef. Combine beans, sauces and onion. Set aside 1 cup of corn chips and 1.2 cup cheddar cheese. Add the remaining chips and cheese and meat to the bean mixture.Blend. Pour into a 2qt casserole and bake uncovered at 375º for 23-25 min. Remove from oven and spread sour cream on top and sprinkle with cheese. Add the corn chips and put back into the oven 3-4 min or until cheese is melted.
