18 jumbo pasta shells
2 T butter
11/4 lb ground beef
cream cheese
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 c taco sauce
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
11/2 cups crushed tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and toss with melted butter.
Brown ground beef, stirring to crumble mixture. Drain. Stir in cream cheese, chili powder and salt. Simmer 5 min. Preheat oven to 350 Fill shells with beef mixture and arrange in a 9x13 greased pan. Spoon taco sauce over shells. Cover and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and top with cheese and tortilla chips bake 15 minutes longer. Chips will be crispy with cheese melted on them. Garnish with chives and chopped onions
