2 pkg yeast dissolved in 1/2 c warm water

1/4 c sugar
2 c warm water
1/4 c shortening
2 eggs
1 t salt
6-7 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
put shortening, salt, sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add 2 c warm water. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add yeast that is dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water, to mixture. Add beaten eggs, then flour. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Cover with foil and store in refrigerator at least 2 hours. will keep for several days in fridge. Need not rise before rolling into rolls and baking. Bake 425 for 20 min
