3 lbs Hamburger
1 med. Onion
3 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Red Pepper
3 Eggs
3 Toes of garlic
2 med. Mangoes
2 tsp. Black Pepper
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 bottle of Red Hot Sauce
Milk to Moisten
2 cans (1lb. 3 oz Tomatoes
2 cans Sauerkraut

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cabbage until leaves are white and soft in salt water. Mix all ingredients except tomatoes and sauerkraut. Wrap hamburger mixture in cabbage leaves, secure with toothpicks. Place in roasting pan, cover with tomatoes and sauerkraut. Bake 3 hours @ 250º.
Note: Not over 250º, as cabbage rolls will not cook done in a hot oven.
