1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 medium onion, chopped & cooked with meat
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can chili beans
1 can Rotel or chopped tomatoes


2 C. cooked (Polenta)- found in the flour aisle comes in a box or tube. Or the Mexican aisle.
2 C. Fat/Free shredded cheese

Spread Polenta into a greased 9x13. Mix everything but cheese. Pour over, Polenta.
Bake 375F, till bubbly. Top with cheese, bake this till cheese is melted.
