2 3-oz package peach, orange or lemon gelatin
1 3 or 4-oz regular vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 cups boiling water
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 (29-oz) can peaches, undrained
Directions:
Directions:
Cook marshmallows until they are dissolved. Pour mixture over peaches. Let set in refrigerator until set. Keeps shape nicely in summer time.

For lime gelatin use pears; and lemon gelatin use pineapple.
