Ingredients:  
1 large can sweet potatoes, mashed,
3/4 stick of butter,
2 eggs, beaten,
Dash cinnamon,
1 cup milk,
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Topping
1 cup crushed corn flakes,
1/2 cup brown sugar,
3/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the cornstarch in cold milk. Mix all together in casserole dish. Bake 15 min at 400º.

Mix Topping over low heat, spread over above mixture, return to oven and bake 15 - 20 min. at 325º.
