1 bag cole slaw
1 cup sliced almonds
2 pkgs. Ramen Oriental noodles
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
4 green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Spray non-stick cooking pan with Pam. Heat 1 cup sugar and almonds over low heat until the sugar is melted and the nuts are coated. Cool for one minute and invert on to waxed paper. When completely cooled, break up into pieces.

Break up the Ramen noodles into pieces. Chop the green onions, including most of the stem. Combine onions, almonds, noodles, and cole slaw in a serving bowl.

Just before you are ready to serve, mix the seasoning packet from the Ramen noodles with 2 Tbsp. of sugar and the 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. Toss the dressing with the cole slaw mixture and serve.
