1 c. chopped onion
1 bell pepper, chopped
3 c. chopped celery
2 cans tomato soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. melted butter
5-6 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 pt. jellied chicken broth
1 lg. jar pimento
Chili powder to taste
Tabasco sauce
Italian Seasoning
1 pkg. cooked spaghetti, ( I use Angel Hair pasta)
Grated cheese of your choice

Brown onions, bell pepper, and celery in 1 cup of butter. Add soups and chicken broth, mix, then add chicken and pimento. Season to taste with chili powder, tobasco, salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings. Simmer 3-4 hours. Cook spaghetti; drain and mix with sauce. Pour into lightly greased (buttered) pan. Top with cheeses and bake at 375 until thoroughly heated and cheese melts. For drier spaghetti, use 1 can tomato soup.
