One 8 0z. package of cream cheese {room temp and smooshed..not blended}
One large can of chicken breast by Hormel…
{the size next bigger than a small can of tuna}
Franks Hot Sauce about ¼ cup or how hot you want it
Ranch dressing 1 cup

Mix a little and heat

Serve with chicken flavored crackers or what you like
