2 lb. Ground Beef, Lean
1 Cup Bread Crumbs, Dry
2 Eggs, beaten
1 sm Onion
1 tbsp Parsley
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Tomato Juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
4 slices Bacon (optional)

Topping
1/4 Cup Catsup
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Prepared Mustard

Directions:

Preheat oven 350º. Spray 9 x 12 baking pan with cooking spray.

Put bread crumbs in large bowl and pour milk over them. Stir in rest of ingredients except topping ingredients. Mix well and put in loaf pan. (I divide into 4 loaves to cook more evenly.) Bake loaf about 45 minutes. Meanwhile, stir the topping ingredients together. After 45 minutes, drain off drippings and reserve for gravy if desired. Spread topping on top of loaves. Put back into oven and bake remaining 45 minutes or until done in center.

Let set 10 - 15 minutes to let juices settle, then slice and serve.
