1 baked or bought large angel food cake
1 (8 oz.) jar orange marmalade
1 (6 oz.) can frozen concentrated orange juice
2 c. heavy cream whipped
Slivered almonds
Cointreau or Grand Marnier (1/4-1/2 c. or to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Heat juice and marmalade until hot. Pour over cake in large bol and let marinate all day. Turn cake out onto serving plate. Pour Cointreau or Grand Marnier over it. Frost with whipped cream and sprinkle with almonds. Chill until ready to serve.
