"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 large Pork tenderloin
1 1/2 cups honey mustard
1/2 b-b-q sauce
2 tblspoons vinegar
3 tblspoons honey
1 medium onion
1 stick butter
2 tblspoons ketchup

Coleslaw
Hamburger Buns

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork tenderloin slowly until completely done and very tender. I usually boil it with onions and terriyaki sauce which gives it a sweet flavor.

After pork is completely cooked and while it is cooling, melt butter in a medium saucepan. Dice the onion and brown them in butter just until golden. Add the honey mustard, bbq sauce, vinegar, ketchup and honey and simmer until ingredients are fully blended. Set aside.

After pork is cooled, shred it completely. I find using my fingers works best. When pork is fully shredded pour sauce on top and mix it thoroughly.

Serve warm on hamburger buns and put coleslaw on top. Yummy!
