1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon mustard seed
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups water
3 cups vinegar
6 cups sugar
1 teaspoon tumeric
little green food coloring
cukes, chunked
5 quart jars

Directions:
Directions:
Place celery seed, mustard seed and salt into quart jars. Fill with chunked cukes.

Combine water, vinegar, sugar, tumeric and green food coloring in a pan. Heat to a boil and pour over cukes, filling jar to within one inch of the top. Seal jars and process for 10 minutes in a hot water bath.
