1-1/2 pounds hamburger
1 medium onion
salt, pepper, garlic salt
1 15-oz jar Thick & Zesty Ragu Sauce
1 8-oz package cheddar cheese
1 8-oz package mozzarella cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon oil
Parmesan cheese

Brown hamburger and onion. Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Put meat in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Pour Ragu Sauce over meat. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top. Set aside.

Mix milk, flour, eggs and oil. Beat until smooth. Pour over first mixture. Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes uncovered. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
