- 1 box - mini Ritz crackers - left whole
- 1 can - sweetened condensed milk
- 1 package - Skor bits

- 1 tub - prepared cream cheese icing

Preheat oven 300º F

- mix all ingredients together
- pour into 8 x 8 Pyrex pan
- bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring and pressing down occasionally while baking
- cool, ice with cream cheese icing
