1 box (8-10 oz.) Lasagna noodles
12 oz. mozzarella cheese, sliced

Meat Sauce:
1 to 1&1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 T. oil
salt & pepper
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
4 (6 oz.) cans water1 pkg. Lawry's spaghetti sauce mix

Cheese Mixture:
3 c. cottage cheese
1 T. dried parsley flakes
2 T. milk
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated

Cook pasta according to directions, set aside while preparing meat sauce and cheese mixture.
For Meat sauce: Brown meat in a large skillet using the oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in tomato paste and water, Lawrey's seasoning mix and cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
For Cheese Mixture: Mix together with a spoon, the cottage cheese, parsley, milk, beaten egg, and parmesan.
Lightly grease a large baking dish (13"x9"x2") and spoon enough meat sauce to cover the bottom. Top with strips of noodles, spread on part of cheese mixture, then a layer of sliced cheese. Repeat layers ending with sauce.
Bake at 350 for 30 min. Let stand 5-10 minutes to set layers. Cut into squares. This can be prepared a day before and refrigerated. When ready to use, let stand at room temperature about an hour, then bake 1 hour in 350 oven until bubbly ad hot in center.
