4 medium potatoes
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1/4 c. finely minced onion
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into 3/8 to 1/2 inch strips, as for French-fried potatoes. Place in buttered casserole. Sprinkle with seasonings and onion. Blend sour cream and milk. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Cover and bake in moderate over (350º ) for 1 hr. or up to 1 hr. 15 min. until potatoes are tender.
