2 (1 lb bag) Frozen shoe peg corn
2 8oz pkg. cream cheese
2 sticks butter
1 14oz jar jalapeņos,chopped or 1 fresh pepper chopped.

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan on med-low heat, melt cream cheese and butter. Add corn and jalapeņos. Heat through and serve

Personal Notes:
Jalapeņos: Depends on how much heat you would like as to weather you should use fresh peppers or jarred. If you leave the seeds in the fresh pepper you may have more heat than you like.
