1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sour milk (buttermilk, or milk with a squirt of lemon juice)
1 tsp vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c. cut rhubarb
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix ingredients in order, except for sugar and cinnamon. Pour into 9x13 pan. Combine sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over top of batter. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
