1 can artichoke hearts
1 C. light mayo
1 block of cream cheese
1 red bell pepper
1/3 C. jalapeños (less if using fresh)
1/3 C. banana peppers
round pita bread
1 1/2 C. fresh shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the cream cheese, mayo, and parmesan cheese in an oven safe dish. Stir in bell pepper and artichokes (quartered and chopped into bite size pieces). Add enough jalapeños and banana peppers for desired hotness. Bake at 350ºF until slightly brown and bubbly (about 30 min).
