7 cups popcorn, remove any unpopped corn
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
6 T. butter
3 T. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 T. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In 1 quart sauce pan. Cook & stir on medium heat butter, sugar, corn, syrup, salt & cinnamon. Bring to a boil and reduce heat cover without stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat & stir in baking soda & vanilla. Pour over popcorn & stir. Bake in a cake pan for 20 minutes 300º, stirring after 10 minutes. Cool on tin foil or large baking sheet, so it won't stick in clumps.
