2 larg eggs
1 C. dried bread crumbs
3/4 C. fresh parmesan cheese
lemon wedges
4 (12 oz) pork chops
salt and pepper
6 Tbs olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a pie plate whisk the eggs. Place bread crumbs in another pie
plate. Salt and pepper the chops to taste and cover in cheese.
Dip the chops in the eggs and cover them in bread crumbs.
Heat 2 pans each with 3 Tbs of oil over medium heat. Add 2
chops to each pan and cook 5 minutes per side. Serve with a
lemon wedge.
