1/4 C. dark molasses
3 Tbs balsamic vinegar
3 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 navel orange zest
4 (1 inch thick) pork chops
montreal steak seasoning
coarse salt and peper
2 Tbs (3 sprigs) fresh rosemary finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine molasses, vinegar, evo, rosemary, and orange zest.
Pat chops dry and rub witha little steak season. Turn in
marinade, let stand 15 minutes. Season with steak season. Grill
on high for 6-7 minutes on each side, or pan fry over medium
high heat for 6-7 minutes on each side.
